when words fail me, which is often, I paint. When words work for me and are available on time, I am surprised.

Who Knew?

I took the "Which Tarot card are you test" I found on Tom's blog this morning. It's pretty accurate although I could argue I am numerically an Empress and I wield her fertility goddess power whenever necessary- er- to get things done- never mind. Here's what the test shows:

You are The Moon

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

I am adding this test to my links- it doesn't take long, it's over there-in all your spare time, I know.

Hmmm. Says I'm a Wheel of Fortune, but when I read the description I don't feel it fits.

TWPITG-No, you seem much more steadfast than the forever changing wheel type, you are more like a Hanged man-12, but not literally.

This was fun. Thanks, Stacy.

It says I'm a Hermit. So, okay, it makes me feel kinda old.

Jerri-so fitting, but sorry. Fives are the toughest in the whole picture book.

Dariya- you are very old(old soul), and wise, like a hermit. I think it is fitting. One who knows her self, conquers the ego, goes within then holds the lantern out so others can find their way. Exactly what you did for that boy.

Stacy - Eerie! I'm the Moon, too, but I'm the crazy winged bitch version.
